Credits Not Completed

The College will not consider the grades of "F," "WF," "WP," "I," and "W" as credits completed. When circumstances beyond the control of students or an instructor prevent the completion of course requirements during a semester, instructors record an "I" (Incomplete) until the final grade is established. Students receiving a grade of "I" will not register nor pay a registration fee for that work in the next semester, but will continue working to finish the coursework in question. If students do not remove the incomplete grade by the end of the next semester, the College will assign a grade of "F," unless otherwise approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs. Based on their judgment, instructors assign an "I" only when students have a passing average in the subject and have arranged with the instructor the specific procedure for fulfilling the course requirements during the subsequent semester. Z grades were given during COVID19 if a student could not complete a class due to extenuating circumstances.
