Special Populations Services

Special Populations Services is committed to providing educational support to meet the needs of all students. Our goal is to eliminate barriers to promote self-sufficiency that will lead to SUCCESS. Professional staff members provide comprehensive student support to assist special-population students as they work toward their educational, personal, or social goals. This population includes students who are single parents (including single pregnant women), displaced homemakers, and individuals from economically disadvantaged families (including foster children), individuals with disabilities, individuals with limited English proficiency: Homeless youth, youth who are in, or have aged out of foster care system and youth with a parent who is on active duty in the Armed Forces, and individuals who are preparing for non-traditional careers. Services for students include the following:
