This course is designed to prepare the student for transition to the roles of the professional nurse. The focus is on leadership, health care policy, ethical decision making, patterns of nursing care delivery/resources, collaborative care, quality assurance, consumer concerns,techniques and strategies for managing care for groups of clients, cultural diversity, client centered care, and NCLEX preparation
