BUSN 1042 Information Processing
This course teaches the basic computer skills required to prepare for leaning more proprietary systems common to the Life and Health Insurance Industry. These systems are used to improve customer service relationships. This course consists of the following modules: introduction to computers, introduction to windows, keyboarding, and data entry.
