Surgical Technology Degree (ST13)

1. Be at least 17 years old.
2. No provisional and/or special admission students considered for the program.
3. Must have minimum Reading and Writing COMPASS scores or Accuplacer Reading Comp and Sentence Skills scores, and these scores cannot be more than five (5) years old in the semester you compete (50% of ranking)
4. Complete prerequisite courses listed on web site by the end of the semester in which you submit your packet.
5. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 at the end of the semester in which you submit your packet. (50% of ranking) 
6. Current CPR Card through the American Red Cross
7. Submit packet containing the following: Letter of Intent, Personal Data Form, and the Surgical Technology Technical Standards Form
