Community Health and Safety Training Center

When it comes to healthcare standards, the only acceptable standards are the highest in the field. The Community Health and Safety Training Center offers healthcare training to medical professionals and students, according to the requirements of the American Heart Association Emergency Cardiovascular Care Program.

It meets the needs of the healthcare industry and its employees through on-campus instruction, off-site instruction and online courses and through professional-development education offerings.

It meets the need for community education through involvement with the American Heart Association Emergency Cardiac Care Program. The public is both educated about and trained in basic and advanced life support. The American Heart Association authorizes the Training Center to provide CPR and defibrillation training to the public.

The Community Health and Safety Training Center also offers certification programs in CNA, Phlebotomy Tech., First Responders, Medical Coding and IV Therapy.
