APSV 2020 Commercial Kitchen

This course provides instruction in the installation, servicing, repair, and replacement of commercial kitchen appliances. Appliances include electric and gas ovens, ranges, food steamers and vents. Topics include electrical and mechanical control components, wiring diagram interpretation, component and control diagnosis, repair and replacement, installation procedures, food steamer service and installation, gas appliance codes and installation, and commercial vent service and installations.
