Surgical Technology Degree (ST13)

1. Be at least 17 years old.
2. No provisional and/or special admission students considered for the program.
3. Must have minimum Reading (79) and Writing (62) Compass scores or a minimum of Reading (236) and Sentence Skills (249) Accuplacer Scores. Compass/Accuplacer Scores do not expire (50% of ranking)
4. Complete prerequisite courses listed on web site by the end of the semester in which you submit your packet.
5. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 at the end of the semester in which you submit your packet. (50% of ranking) 
6. Current CPR Card through the American Heart Association
7. Submit packet containing the following: Letter of Intent and the Surgical Technology Technical Standards Form
