Photography Policy
Columbus Technical College makes photographs of its students for various purposes and uses and disseminates said photographs in magazines, brochures, videos, web pages, and newspapers without regard to whether or not the College is compensated for the photographs. There is a clause in the college application where students agree to release, indemnify, and hold Columbus Technical College harmless from and against any claims, damages, action, liability, and expense in connection with the use of such photographs. Students who do not wish their photographs used by the College must file a written request with the Executive Director of Community & College Relations or the Marketing & Branding Manager.
