Surgical Technology Degree (ST13)

1. Be at least 17 years old.
2. No provisional and/or special admission students considered for the program.
3. Must have minimum Reading and Writing COMPASS scores or Accuplacer Reading Comp and Sentence Skills scores. Compass Scores and Accuplacer scores do not expire.(50% of ranking)
4. Complete prerequisite courses listed on web site by the end of the semester in which you submit your packet.
5. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 at the end of the semester in which you submit your packet. (50% of ranking) 
6. Current CPR Card through the American Heart Association
7. Submit packet containing the following: Letter of Intent and the Surgical Technology Technical Standards Form
