Diagnostic Medical Sonography DMS3

Must have presented official documentation of an earned high school diploma or official GED scores to the Admissions Office

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. No provisional and/or special admission students considered for the program.
3. Must have minimum Reading and Writing Compass scores or Accuplacer Reading Comp and Sentence Skills scores . Compass Scores and Accuplacer scores do not expire.
4. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 at the end of fall semester and complete pre-requisite courses as listed on the web site by the end of fall semester.
5. Submit packet containing the following: Letter of Intent Form and Technical Standards for DMS Form.
6. Provide current physical exam (medical form)/immunization record and current CPR card after program acceptance.
